Who Made It

This site was made by Sleeping Bear Labs, a small civic technology studio.

Meet Dr. FINN

Dr. FINN — Firefly Indiana Notebook Navigator — is our mascot. Dr. FINN is a Say’s Firefly, Indiana’s official state insect, named after Thomas Say, a Hoosier naturalist. Like a firefly, Dr. FINN is here to light the way through a confusing system.
